The Judicial Council of the Ninth Circuit approved the Ninth Circuit Federal Public Defender Organization Employment Dispute Resolution Policy (“FPDO EDR Policy”) on January 7, 2022. The finalized FPDO Policy is below. The effective date of this Policy is January 18, 2022. Below are all the documents for the implementation of the revised Policy.
